How do I use the code?
You'll receive an activation code after purchase (also emailed to you). Open the app → Settings → Unlock and paste it — one code per device.

Can I get a refund?
Activation codes are digital goods, so once a code is successfully activated it is generally non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise. That is exactly why the free tier exists — try it on your own machine first, then pay. If a code never worked for you, write to us and we will sort it out.
