Welcome to Peekoo. By downloading, installing, or using Peekoo, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Peekoo on your own devices (macOS / Windows). The free version may be used indefinitely; paid features are tied to your activation code — one code binds to one device.

2. Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload someone else's likeness without their consent.
• The "vent" feature is for personal amusement only. Do not use it to harass, defame, or threaten real individuals, or to create unlawful, hateful, or sexual content.
• Do not reverse-engineer, crack, or redistribute the app by bypassing activation.

3. Your content

You retain your rights to the photos you upload and the characters generated from them. You are responsible for the legality of what you upload.

4. Payments & refunds

Prices are in USD and processed by Stripe. Monthly/annual plans auto-renew and can be canceled anytime from the Manage page — service continues until the end of the current period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no renewals. Digital goods (activation codes) are generally non-refundable once successfully activated, unless required by applicable law. Please confirm your system meets the requirements (macOS 14+ or Windows 10/11) before purchase.

5. Disclaimer

Peekoo is provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated results may be imperfect, and we make no guarantee about specific generated outputs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the app's features. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms.
